Model of European Agriculture
On 3-4 April 2000, a conference on the Model of European Agriculture (MEA) was held in the Hague, hosted by the Council for Rural Areas. This model was discussed during this small-scale interactive meeting at which the specific problems and challenges in areas under environmental stress were highlighted.
Meeting at the Center for Agricultural Landscape and Land Use Research (ZALF)
The last meeting of the group took place at the ZALF in Müncheberg (near Berlin) on 29-31 March 2001. On 29th the ZALF presented their work, on 30th the regular group meeting waas held and on the 31st an excursion to the Oderbruch in Brandenburg was organised.
